iPlumb is a family owned and operated Plumbing Company. Our Master Plumber has been in the feild for 25+ years and over looks all jobs, even going out to a lot of them himself. We pride ourselves in offering you the best solution for permanent fixes, as well as giving you other options to find the best solution and most affordable to you. Charles has been working in the Houston area for as long as he's been plumbing and is very clean and efficent at his job. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recieve the request either through email, call, or text. Our dispatchers will reach out to you no later than 3 hours after the request is sent to set up a time frame. We will enter all your information in our system, and get you scheduled. The day of your service our technician will give you a call and send you a text when he is in route. Once he gets there he will collect any service fees that may be due and diagnosis the issue, a lot of time they will be able to fix it on site. However, there may be some cases where we will need to return another day. In those cases the dispatchers will touch base with the technician making sure to get all the information, any parts necessary, etc. We will call you back to schedule for completion. Then your plumbing will be in tip top shape!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers go through extensive hands on training, they must have a certain amount of years of expierience depending upon the license they carry. They must also go to continuing education classes every year and make sure to stay updated on all testing and licenses.
Our dispatchers train directly with out Office Manager to learn how to manage all work orders, have proper communication, and stay on top of things making sure that all jobs are done quickly and efficiently.

A Service fee of $85 is required upon first appointment scheduling and is due at the time of appointment. We accept most credit cards, cash or check.
