Vivid Designs was amazing to work with! I received a return text to meet the very day I requested an estimate. The quote was received promptly. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. They were respectful, friendly, and professional. They painted the interior of my home including baseboards, doors, and front door. They caulked around windows, bathtubs and doors. The finished product was above expectations. I would highly recommend Vivid designs for any of your painting needs!! They delivered on everything promised and then some!!

They seem to be on the ball. I did hire Kenny for the roof inspection and to place some siding. He agreed and never showed up or even call. I am skeptical to try your service again

Hi Annie,

I apologize for the late response to your review, somehow I have never noticed there even being reviews on this page.

However in response to your review, I believe that you have mistaken me for another Kenny.

After reading your review you did not sound familiar to me in more ways than one So I researched all business transactions beginning in March of 2021, and through May of 2021 I have no record of ever even a phone call, a Submitted Proposal, nothing at all.working.

Another reason that I believe that you have us confused with someone else, is the fact that we do not take on Roofing projects.

When a customer has a Roofing Project I always provide them with a name, and phone number of a professional Roofing Contractor whom I have known and worked around over the past 21 years.

In return he recommends me whenever a customer has a Painting Project to take on, we have always worked together in this manner.

From time to time over the past 27 years in this field, in emergency situations (example) A customer has a roof which is leaking and and Noone coming in a timely fashion to handle the issue I may go up and have a look to see if there is anything that I can do as a temporary fix to hopefully help prevent damage to their property, personal belongings, etc until they are able to locate a Professional Roofing Contractor.

One more statement in your review that caught my attention, and peeked my curiosity as to rather you and I had met in the past is that you stated that

"You hired me to do a Roofing Inspection" Absolutely not!

In 26 years as a contractor, I have NEVER EVER been hired for an Inspection on any type of project!

We have ALWAYS from the beginning offered FREE ESTIMATES

I would never require a payment in order for me to provide an inspection/estimate on any type of project. Vivid Designs Detailed Painting has always provided FREE ESTIMATES as a courtesy to our Customers as well as potential Customers.

With this said, I would appreciate it very much if you would please review your records to confirm the Contractor with whom your review was written, and please remove this review from our page.

Although there is no way of knowing exactly how much damage this review has done, and is currently doing to my company, there is no doubt that our reputation is being damaged as a result of mistaken identity.

Please check your records, verify your information, and remove this review.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I personally meet with each customer in the begining, walk the project, ask/answer questions, address any concerns, etc. We like to make this first meeting together as we feel that between the two of us we will be able to gain a complete understanding of the customers project needs, as well as expectations.
plus I have to admit, Angie takes better notes than myself ;-)

We are on each project everyday.

I personally have 26 years of Hands On Experience in the feild, when you hire the crew of Vivid Designs, you have a combined experience of more than 90 years!

Unfortunately the short answer to this question is no.

Unlike some of the other trades there is no industry standard when it comes to pricing. Each project has to be priced on an individual basis.

Maybe we will be the low bid, but maybe we won't, however the old truth still remains you get what you pay for.
