Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to go out and meet our customers at their properties that way we can get a good idea of what we are working with not only as a visual view of the property but also to be able to listen and see what they are trying to Achieve and accomplish with their main goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 7 years working for the largest nursery in America, leading designer for Texas, wholesale manager, Number one salesman for 6 years running, Along with the best customer satisfaction in all Texas stores.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes we do standard pricing

Designs are made to scale so that you can visualize what type of plants and/or material is gonna go but also to know what variety and size we recommend for the desired area.

One of the most popular options will be a 3-D render which lets you visualize and see the final outcome in a computer generated image

You have also the 2D version which is gonna be more like a home survey It is a flat surface will we can show you what type of plants and the quantity that would be needed of items.

Some customers prefer having both options to be able to not only visualize but also to see the variety and the size of the plants, therefore they do ask for both options.

3D & 2D -$550

3D -$450

2D -$350

How did you get started in this business?

My grandpa was the one that planted the seed in what I do today he taught me how to care for crops and how everything can pretty much be solved with plants. It became my Passion and now I hold on to his memory by doing what I Love and do best.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with thousands of customers At this point so I have a great understanding of what people want and how they want it. I can safely say I have worked with all types of customers and I've been able to handle all of them. When a tough customer comes along my name is always the 1st one to come up so I can be of assistance to them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

In The Woodlands, Grace Church is a project that not only I love but that I am very fond of, beautiful tropical place with so many plants and trees to look at its amazing, best project so far if you are in the area I would highly recommend going and checking it out, it is a perfect scenario of what I can accomplish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure hes got good references or is somebody that is backed up by great company. In this type of business it's easy to get cheap labor that falls apart very fast.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What Their main goals and needs are, landscaping is such a broad term that if you have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish Along with things you don't like and things you do like it will make my job a lot easier , another thing to consider is the budget just like any other business. You don't have to be an expert about plants we just need a feedback whether you like certain colors/options or not, and will recommend you the right plant for the environment and the space.
