I enjoy working with my hands and problem solving is one of my favorite things to do. I have enjoyed meeting the good folks of Spicewood and surrounding areas, looking forward to meeting more. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either meet over the phone or in person. In either case we introduce ourselves and my customers let me know what the problem they are having with their equipment or simply ask about pricing. I get their name and number. If it's a pick up, I get the address and then let them know price, time, and thank them for their interest and calling Spicewood Repair
