I meet with them not only to know exactly what they are wanting, but also to get to know about them. This is a key part of truly understanding what the customer is looking for.

I have been in the construction and landscaping industry's for over 20 years.

How did you get started in this business?

I started out as a teenager working with family during the summer months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask questions. If you're not sure of what questions you should ask, research your project for the questions to ask. Always get multiple quotes ask the same questions to each pro and compare their answers before hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

As many as you feel you need. There is never a wrong question or to many questions.
