What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined technical experience of over 100 years. We work with enterprises, Churches, service providers, Schools and small businesses.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our retail rate is $125 an hour. Referrals get a discounted rate of $110 an hour.
How did you get started in this business?
Back in 2003, my friends were paying IT guys $200 and up for viruses and other issues that kept reappering every few weeks. They got tired of messing with it and asked me to help. From there, I started getting referrals which led me to hire my first tech and we have been helping small businesses and individuals ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with pretty much every possible type of client out there. We have private schools, daycares, dentists, chiropractors, CPA's, Lawyers, Bookkeepers, Money managers, Churches, Towing companies, landscaping companies, painters, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not everyone in our industry fits every need. Some are better for residential, some for small business, some for non profits.
Also, check for companies with at least 5 years of business experience. Many companies out there do not have the business acumen to serve well.
