Lemonmaids
About
Hello my name is Brooke Lemons and I am in the process of starting up my own cleaning company, Lemonmaids, based out of Cedar Hill, Texas. I have a passion for cleaning and organization that tends to lead many who know me to a comparison of Monica from friends. Yes I do actually go to peoples homes to visit and without realizing it I will end up cleaning the entire house!! There is just something about structure and cleaning that calms the roughest day. I take pride in my home when my family and others come to it and now I am wanting to extend that pride to others. Starting April 15th I will be available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. -and weekends would be as needed. I do almost anything as far as cleaning except carpet shampooing and stain removals from furniture. I have no problem if there is light laundry services needed. I will provide all cleaning supplies, scented or unscented, and if there is any special supplies needed due to medical related issues that can be arranged

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to sit and talk, get to know the person, what their needs are and what they are looking for. After that I typically offer to clean a room because, in my opinion, anyone can talk about cleaning but the only way to show your passion for it is to do it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mom of 2 children, one of whom has breathing issues and I have to make sure our home is dust free. That means I have to be extremely detailed on what need to be done.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It all depends on what the customer wants and needs. I can charge by the hour or I can charge a base rate. It all come down to what makes the customer happy.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved cleaning and I am good at it. I have a strict standard that I live by and I refuse to do less than that in anything I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have and do work with all types. Horder cleans, specialized medical issues, detail oriented customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Sit and talk with them first. You can gauge a lot about a person by doing this.
