Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experiance working on small engines and automotive . I was the tool tech for Home Depot In Wylie,Texas for 8 years and the rest of my experiance comes from being self taught.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
65.00 per hour is our standard rate,we do have a minimum of 1 hour. We do not charge anything for diagnosis as long as you have the unit repaired here,If you choose to take the unit elsewhere then there is a 25.00 diagnosis fee and that is just to cover the cost of having a tech look at the unit. We Absoloutly will not spend any money on a unit without customer authorization and our work comes with a standard 90 day warranty against workmanship. Unfortunatly we cannot and will not warranty any parts , that would fall to the manufacterer.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started watching my dad and brothers wortk on stuff and found it interesting,so i followed in behind them and took to the profession.
