When working with a new client we try to develop a relationship with the client. We want to know what is most important to the client, that way we make sure we meet their needs. When we schedule the first time deep clean we make sure to have a Field Manager come by check the clean, speak with the client, and make sure we have the proper information we need in order to give the client the best possible price on recurring services.

Our Certified cleaning teams go through two weeks of hands on training and videos before we certify them and let them loose in the field. We also continuously have the teams watch video's, have discussions, and we are always training on how to become better in our field. We also have Field Managers that are constantly in the houses checking on the customers and the teams to make sure they are following the correct procedures.

Every home is different, therefore, the prices vary. The first time in the home we perform a deep clean and it is based on the time of the clean. We do however give estimates according to the home size and the items in the home. After the deep clean if the client decides to get on a regular schedule then we do price it according to the same information, however it is a flat rate. 

I have been with the Maids going on 13 years. I have worked my way up through the company. The owner Bob White hired me to be his Sales Manager, however now I have the ability to do everything from the office to the field. I believe in the company and our product and know for a fact we try to follow every step we can to make sure we are producing the best product out there.

Cleaning For A Reason is a true testament to the owners standards. People who are fighting for their lives with cancer should not have to worry about a clean house. Therefore, by partnering with this great organization we get to help the family at their time in need.

The biggest thing I tell customers is the cheapest route is not always the best route. Make sure you do your homework and do not hire someone because they are cheap. I have had many customers go with the cheapest route and then call me and be so disappointed. Then they end of spending double to have us come and clean, when they could have went with us in the first place and been satisfied.
