What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get as many details to provide instant accurate quote or if preffered, provide walk thru for quote. secondly, setting up convienient date and time and explaining any pertinant information. A confirmation phone call is placed 24 hours prior to service date to remind and see if any additonal services need to be added. We use our own commercial grade cleaning products to ensure you get the best cleaning experience possible.
