Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact new customers to let them know what to expect and find out what kind of issues they are having so we can show up with all of the tools & equipment we need.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2005 John founded KMJ Professional Resources with a sincere desire to assist small businesses in North Texas with their IT needs. Often a business owner finds themselves struggling with a particularly complex IT issue that takes them away from their core competencies and cost them real money. John finds nothing more rewarding than digging in and helping them solve it quickly with a minimal amount of disruption to their business or cash flow.
John has held senior IT management positions while working with TIG Insurance, DCRI, and Emergicon. John has also worked with firms such as Microsoft, EDS, IBM, CTG, Triad Data.
John is also a Service Connected Disabled Veteran who served honorably from 1981 through 1992, maintaining and repairing microwave & UHF radios, which provided long haul communications.
John volunteers with the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, supporting his fellow veterans in need.
