I love helping people & explaining the process of what I'm doing as I go along. If it's not broke I will tell you it's not broke, it just could need a few adjustments. I run my business with honesty as people should always be treated fairly. I've owned rental property for 30 yrs before selling off at the end of 2018. I miss the work of fixing them and found a way to do it again.

    Hey was prompt and courteous. When he got here he went right to work. He finished my stove first. He knew exactly what was wrong and it has worked like a charm ever since he finished. Then he fixed my ceiling light. It is better than it was before. It is so much brighter I wish I had fixed it a long time ago. I would recommend Mark to anyone. I am 100 % happy with his work and the results he gave me.

I like to get to know them a little bit and then give them some info about myself.

Associates degree in business and science, Traing would include 30 yrs of owning rental property.

No everything is different and needs to be priced as such so as to not over charge anyone.

By way of owning rental property.

Pretty much all groups anything from residental to commercial.

My dad passed away a few years ago and I have been taken care of mom ever since.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always make sure all parties understand the project and the pricing before anything begins.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What is the problem?, what's it doing?, How long has it been doing it? How old is it?

Appliances: what's the Brand and make (Serial & Model # if they have it.
