What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to set up a free consultation to understand the scope of work, determine costs and timeframe and decide if insurance needs to be involved. Once the scope of work is established a contract is signed to protect all involved parties. Then we get to work. Payment is the very last step. never ask for a penny of money until your project is complete.
