Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See what the costumer would like done, set up a good relationship with customer. Inform when all is finished and wrapped up either by kcocking on door or sending pic of finished work and locked gate of they have me mow while out
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This was my own independent job/work throughout high school and college
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depends on yard size, mowing+trimming, edge $30
dog poop scooping,$10 or $5 extra w/lawn cut
Just raking of leaves $10-15
How did you get started in this business?
Was a source of college income that has now grown into a passion that I take extreme care in. Being my own boss and being able to decide when/how late I work is an incredible experience that I've never enjoyed more, helping people get the yards they desire is just an added bonus
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's more important to see how the contractor treats themselves/property than it is to see reviews. You can almost always tell how the service will be or how they treat you off of how they treat themselves/property,etc. years and years of experience aren't necessary, but photo evidence with costumer reviews can be increadibly beneficial
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long should they wait before the next hard cut. I.e how long do they want it, is it a hot or cool climate/time of year, who/how is the yard used the majority of time?
