About
I pay close attention to detail. As a mom of 6 I know all the nastiness that can linger in interesting hiding spots. I understand the feeling of coming home to a clean house and strive to give that feeling to others.
I enjoy cleaning in general. Doing this task for someone else makes me happy especially when they are happy with the results. After years of helping others get things done I have fallen in love with the light in my clients eyes when they see/smell the difference in their homes. I love knowing that not only am I cleaning to meet their needs but I am using eco friendly products that are safe for families and pets without sacrificing the quality of the clean.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk through everything they need and give them a run down of the best way to tackle their tasks. I start at the top and work my way down to make sure I dont miss anything in each room I clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for other cleaning companies before deciding to go out on my own. I have taken what I learned from others and use those skills as well as my own personal skills. I've researched online the hows and why's of cleaning. I am always looking for the newest information to help me get things done best and I am always open to new ideas.
How did you get started in this business?
I was looking for a breakthrough into the work world after being a stay at home mom. I assessed my skills and found work cleaning with a friends friend. I loved the work and the rest is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of clients. I've worked with stay at home moms who need help hitting the areas they dont have time for, I've worked with elderly who cant get to all the dirty areas, I've worked with singles who work long hours, I've worked with households where there were pets of different varieties, and I've worked with clients who work alongside me as I clean.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask questions. Let your professional educate you on their products, their way of doing things, and never be afraid to speak up if you think you have a better way of doing things. I know for myself, I am always open to new ideas.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is most important to get done at each clean? For example a general clean hits everything but you may need extra attention in the bathrooms and maybe none in the kitchen.
How long does a general clean take?
What does a general clean include?
A person should consider their specific needs within their home. Do they need help because they dont have time or because they just dont want to do it? This helps to guide them in what areas are most important.
Consider which hours work best for a professional to come in.
Are there any allergies to certain products?
Do you want someone who brings their own supplies or do you prefer them use yours?
