What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get some more info on what the client is looking for.
Get to know each other better and get measurements for the designated job offer some more alternative for the job.
Ask questions about if there are any questions about how im going to get it done or if they would like to have a 3D version of the job.
So they are going to be able to see what they are going to get. And then if they approve it
I will send the bid with the contract to get signed up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of experience in handyman and never had any problems with a client. My experience comes from the job himself. And the companies that have been given a chance to learn and be able to help them out in the process. Thank you to everyone who has been hard and good for making the best of me.

Always make sure that the contract you are Contracting no if you need any permits and more important always being up to code with the city
