About
We're a mobile business which will travel to the customer to solve problems on-site, rather than them having to come to us. We also work on a lot of older equipment that many brick and mortar shops these days no longer bother with because their overhead is too high.
We believe you shouldn't have to replace equipment just because it's older and may need some replacement parts to keep it going, rather than spend a whole lot more replacing everything.
We'll identify any issues or replacement parts you need to keep your equipment working and we'll provide the expertise in installing and repairing to keep the total cost of service down.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial conversation with the customer will be about the type of services they want performed. If it's a repair, we will identify the equipment that needs servicing, what problems it has and do research to see if it's a commonly known issue with that partictular equipment, or a more specific issue that needs a more extensive diagnosis.
If it's a new equipment install, we will work with the customer to determine what equipment will match their needs within a budget they specify.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ Hardware and Software
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge a competitive standard hourly rate, plus a trip charge for customers outside a 20 mile radius from our home office.
If parts are required, we can identify them for the customer to purchase directly to keep costs down for the customer.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this as a hobby back in high school, helping friends and family with technology issues. Over time, I've met more and more people via word of mouth and local advertising. I decided to turn it into a business because working for myself is much more enjoyable and rewarding.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers from all walks of life. Hospitals to engineers, surveyors, glass makers and more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do as much research on the problem you're having as possible to see if there's an easy remidy for it. If you do decide to hire a pro/company, make sure you do as much research on what options are available and other examples of their work beforehand to avoid any possible surprises in either workmanship or cost.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be sure to ask about the cost of any work you want performed and make sure it matches your expected budget to avoid any surprises.
