What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meeting with customer, so we can talk about there project. Try to get a idea of what the projects main focus is, like more storage, more lighting, or just more room. Then I'll email the customer a estimate for total cost for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years total in my line of work. I have 7 years in concrete, stamped concrete,10 years in fine carpentry, making trim, installing trim, staining, painting, building doors, cabinets, bookshelves, and 8 years in home building and remodeling of all sorts.
