    I was having trouble locating someone who works on Bosch appliances. I found Mike and Travis Co. Appliance Repair through Yelp. He responded very quickly, was able to determine the most likely issue, quoted an estimate for the part/repair, and then went above and beyond to get the repairs done. He initially set the appointment for a Friday, but the part was misdelivered and ultimately he rescheduled for that Sunday to get the job done. He also took care of a garbage disposal issue (it was jammed) very quickly. It turned out there were several issues with the dishwasher and will require a return visit, which we scheduled and I anticipate will take care of the 2nd problem. Mike is very professional, knowledgable, polite, and observed COVID concerns (removed shoes, and wore a mask). I intend to use Travis Co. Appliance Repair when needed in the future and highly recommend him!

    His estimate was right on, which was cheaper than other estimates, and it turned out my dryer needed a different part that was a little more expensive. Bonus: Michael pointed out that I didn't have a cover over my wiring connections that was dangerous. Said he could order me one, but suggested I look on-line first because their could be a used cover for cheap. Yes! Very satisfied.
