Hello, my name is Tray Vittrup. I have been cleaning homes for over 3 years. I have cleaned residential homes in many different phases during this time such as, Make Ready Rental Property, Maintenance Cleanings, Vacation Rentals, Owner Occupied Cleanings, Move Outs, One Offs, Deep Cleans, and more. My background is 22 years of experience in the Door and Window business and have represented some of the largest manufacturers in the country both in Single Family and Multi Family as a sales rep. and Take-off Coordinator/Material Estimator. I have a Bachelors Degree in Communication from the University of North Texas as well. I am also Handy around the house and almost always have my tools with me. I am a perfectionist at heart and strive to provide my clients with quality work. However, I ask my clients to not hesitate to re-direct my focus on the areas of importance to them if I am spending to much time in one location. I believe honesty and trustworthiness are key traits as an individual and my objective is to have your home properly cleaned to your satisfaction.

I have always enjoyed refurbishing, rebuilding, remodeling, recreating or restoring and maintaining  things. New or old. So when I am cleaning it gives that sense of preserving something. Maintaining something to help it stay in its prime, and look its best, so that it can do whatever it is that it does, for the absolute longest time possible. And look good doing it....Now I just need to treat myself the same way🙀

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you and I discuss your objectives and desired goals, and if possible do a walk through together, we simply set a date for the cleaning. I prefer a telephone conversation to arrange this phase if not in person. After the job is complete let’s walk through the home together and confirm you are satisfied.  Upon agreement payment is expected at that time in full in cash. If you are possibly not available upon completion and are not the owner (typically a move out situation) to do a walk through a 50% deposit via cash, money order, or Cash App is required before work can be performed. It’s that easy. I can hand write a receipt if needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors degree in Communication from the University of North Texas. My back ground is 22 years in the door and window business. From running the service department, inside sales, outside sales, and Take Off Coordinator/Material Estimator for single Family and Multi Family. I have hands on cleaning experience in vacation rentals, move outs, move ins, deep cleans and more in the past three years.I myself own rental property. I was about 7 when my father put a paint brush in my hand and taught me how to mow lawns on some rentals he owned at the time. Today about once every three months we have vacancy between 2 ad 3 bedroom units either 1 or 2 story and the painting and cleaning process starts over again.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

While each home is unique I do try to stay within the market average based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and square footage. However,  extras such as cleaning out a refrigerator on average maybe 15-20 $, cleaning interior of windows maybe 10-20$ per window depending on the size, Oven cleaning 15 for a single, 25 for a double. How did you get started in this business?

A room mate of mine was fairly new to the cleaning business when she moved in. I was impressed and liked the fact she was in control of her time and how much or little she could chose to work on any given day of the week.So I started working with her occasionally when she needed help and I needed money. As clientele grew  over time we branched put in different directions. So here I am and she is still a dear friend of mine. We tallk almost daily and still help each other out when the going gets tough.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All of them. But to be short and sweet, lower class to high end upper class but mostly middle class. The young, the seasoned, the jolly and the cranky. The tipper and the stiffer, the leave you alone, the follow you around. The love ya have you back, and the Adios Amigo never see you again gang. But they are all clients and respected well.
