What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to set up an in-home appointment where we can get to know one-another and find out the specific needs for each customer's project.

We will bring samples at that time and by listening close to what the customer is describing, we will make style and color recommendations to best suit the customer's needs.

How did you get started in this business?

I started in the flooring business shortly after college while I was in my mid-twenties. It has provided a great opportunity for me to meet some great people and a feeling of accomplishment after completing a flooring job well-done and seeing the excited expressions on my customer's faces. The comments when a customer sees their new wood floor after completion, "I can't believe my home looks so beautiful!!"

We have worked with every type of customer imagineable!

It's always rewarding putting smiles on customer's faces like a newly married couple who have just closed on their 1st home and want new carpet installed before they move in or the high-end rock-star that wants an all black wood floor custom stained on-site.

Either way, we love to assist each customer in finding what's right for their home.
