Vladimir got out the day we called, removed old fan/installed new fan and replaced smoke alarm battery high up on 16ft wall. Personable, professional, on time, about 1 hour, all in. Good value as well. Highly recommended. Best of all, quoted a price that he stuck to. A couple of firms wanted an hourly rate with no cap.

I’m impressed. I called at 5pm on Saturday evening and he showed up in 20 minutes. He repaired a leaking spigot in less than 30 minutes and took extra time to explain the repair and issues that could arise in the future. I will definitely call him again when I need a handyman

I did a lot of handyman jobs for friends and family. Then I realized that I can enjoy doing it and make some extra money.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I can tell you that skilled labor isn't cheap, cheap labor isn't skilled .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customer should be able to explain what needs to be done and when he needs it done before picking up the phone.
