I started to work on my own in 2013 but I have been in the cleaning industry for over 12 years, I have worked in the comercial cleaning business and residential as well. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers contact me through text messages or email, they would send me a basic description of their cleaning needs and the square size of the house, number of Bathrooms etc.
i offer a quick estimate based on the information provided or if they preferred I can go visit their home for a detailed and accurate estimate.
