Our method is not widely known. We do not saturate the pad! Steam cleaning forces everything in the carpet straight into the pad and even the best steam cleaner out there only extracts approximately 80% which leaves the other 20% to sit in the pad which can cause mold and mildew and as it dries, it wicks all the spots back to the surface, that's the cause of "reappearing spots"!

I started cleaning carpet when I was 17 years old and have enjoyed it so much, I'm still doing it 27 years later! I have learned so much through the years, I feel confident saying I'm a professional and this is my business, my trade.

Yes! We have a flat rate when it comes to basic cleanings, our base fee is $114.95, and that begins with four rooms and a hall, and the cost goes according to how many rooms are added after that, or staircase or area rugs. We also clean upholstery and tile and grout!
