What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what the client's actually want. Getting them a accurate quote and standing by it. Doing the job as they ask and making sure that the level of the job is satisfactory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training actually started many years ago as a kid. Couldn't go no where until chores were done and right. Right call in love with it till I got my own house. Went to a couple of seminars to learn different products and ways of cleaning.I been doing this field now for over 10 years.

How did you get started in this business?
I was working with another company and some of the clients ask me why don't I work for myself. Thought about it for awhile and did it.

I have helped other cleaning companies, Professional business people, Professional athletes & musicians and neighborhood residents. I also have some commercial clients.
