What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ETC gets into contact with the customer and sets up a time to do a consultation. After the consultation we give them a quote and set up a time for their initial clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified housekeepers by The American Housekeeping Association and certified for infectious disease as well as the Covid 19 disease.
