What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to meet our new customers to talk the project over this is your project and your hard earned money we want to know exactly what you want for a finished product. We provide free estimates!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Building Construction Technology program at Tennessee College of Applied Technology Nashville. Graduated in the top of my class and I also have 20 years of experience in repairs and remodeling!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We try to base all of our pricing off of the national average to have a base to start from. We also know that everyone has a budget and we work to try to stay within the budget that our customers have set. There are many different options to reach the end goal for your project so we like to talk everything over with our customers to get a price that works for both sides!
How did you get started in this business?
I have always liked fixing and building my own things! Over the years I have have developed a passion for building, remodeling and repairing! Helping people make their home better and safer is what we do!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with hundreds of different customers over the years from all walks of life and we like to do what it takes to make them customers for life!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are many events that I am fond of but one that stands out is one of our customers recently went through a very difficult surgery and needed handicap ramps and a handicap accessible shower. We were able to complete this project for her so everyday life tasks could be completed with ease!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who listens to what you are saying. It's your home and your money the pro needs to hear what look and design you are wanting. You should also select a pro that is willing and able to make suggestions on your project to make sure the final product is the best it can be. At New Heights Services we listen to what our customers are looking for and talk the process out. We have also had customers that know what they want but tell us they don't know how or where to get started and we can draw out a plan in that situation and help them achieve the end goal they dream of!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First decide and talk over exactly what they want and what their budget will be!
Second how soon do you want it completed.
Third write down all the questions you have for your pro when they come to meet with you!
