What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the customer wants. From there we can email an estimate to the customer or if we need to meet the customer to get a better understanding, then we do that. Once we have what we need we will send them an estimate for approval. Then we will give them a date we will be there to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a cummlative 60+ years experience in lawncare, landscaping and irrigation. We have crew members that have ran their own business from Real Estate to Golf Course management. We have a employee that has a degree in hordiculture from Penn State University. But most of us come from growing up on big farms and learning how to work hard in a timely manner with unmatched quality.
