Typically the process is, they can contact Ashley in the office via her email or phone and she walks them through the process. If she gets their address she can usually quote them right there on the phone unless it's a specialty job that she needs to discuss with Landon on. She is also the one who does the scheduling, so the puck usually starts and stops with her and one (sometimes two if she has to converse with Landon and then call back to complete the new registration and job assignment) call with her gets the ball rolling for the crews to get work done for your property. 

Landon personally has over a decade of lancscape and lawncare experience. He has several years of hardscape, tree work, lot clearing experience. His crews have varying degrees of experience as well, though their foreman has a decade of service under his belt in all manner of landscape and construction work in order to ensure the best possible work done to properties. As for the design and "digital build" of landscapes, that is all Ashley, she's been working with Photoshop for 15 years and can digitially build practially any landscape design anyone asks her to. Someone can send a picture of their yard and tell her what trees and shrubs, flowers too! they want in there and she can clear what they have and replace it with digital renderings of what it will look like prior to them ever having one thing done, so they can change it around to their liking before the crews ever set foot on the property! That all comes free with landscape services too, which is something not a lot of companies offer and something Landon specifically offers to his clients.

For Mowing inside Subdivisions we do not currently hold "Common Area Contracts" with, our prices are anywhere from $35.00 - $75.00 based on lot size and slope. For properties that are not in subdivisions, our prices are based upon acre lot size: 1/4 is $40, 1/2 is $50, 3/4 $65, 1 acre is $75, 1+ is based upon ranging prices (ie: 1 1/4 is $115 and so forth).

For work paid by the hour (which is trimming, leaf removal, general contract work, etc.) our jobs are $125.00 an hour. There is a manditory hazard charge of $25.00 PER HOUR for any POISONOUS ivy/oak/sumac that is removed and/or dealt with during the period of any work. Regardless as to whether or not you warn us about it, we will take pictures to prove we came across it. (This essentially pays for the medicine our men need as several of them are severely allergic...)

Mulch Jobs are generally $125.00 a yard which includs all labor and haul away of other material. There is an optional ornamental plant protectant (weed killer) for $60 a job.

Aeration is based upon square footage and is subject to a SLOPE fee due to hazards. It is anywhere from $18.90-23.20 per square foot. Seed is based upon your personal preferences and is subject to costs based upon those preferences. There is an opional germination enhancement fertilization that can be added for $60.00 as well. 

We do CONTRACT WORK, HARDSCAPES, CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLATION, LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION, AND MORE... these are all subject to varying charges and realistically can not really be put to numbers at this time. 

We have worked with Football players, coaches, owners of big businesses, contractors, large management companies, restaurants, you name it.... we've worked with it.

Don't always read reveiws, some things are not what they seem. People can get mad at a canary for singing and say the song was wrong. Sometimes the best thing to do is meet someone and feel them out for yourself, trust your own intuition and not the internet.
