Hello and welcome to a lawn service and landscaping design and installation like you have never seen we here At Crazy BoyZ Lawn Works are for you , the home owners are and our goal is to show that customer service is still available like it use to because I started my journey in 2008 when I was helping a friend of my dads with his business and I’ll never forget 2 occasions that had me hooked, one day I was told to go weed eat this steep bank and don’t come back until I was completely finished well a hour later I was pouring sweat feet sore from being on a slant and to the bosses surprise he could not and did not want to believe I was done as he looked for himself and a smile across his face I knew
The second time we where working on a landscaping design for a flower bed took all day with a four man crew and the home owners pulled up just as we finished and it was a present for his wife and the excitement and the smiles on their face that was it I had to start my own business and try to work a full time job which ended in devastation and crash and burn my clients was growing and I just didn’t have enough time to get all the jobs done and only made everyone mad so 2023 I am diving in head first and making it my full time job and just why are we called crazy boyz well I’m going to give you 50% off your first service if you can refer just one person and how’s about if you sign up for a monthly plan I’m going to be doing drawings and giving out savings and discounts and each month someone is going to win a free month of service why because I only want to make the home owners happy and show you can still have fun while at work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to start by getting to know new people and want they are generally looking for, we believe it's neat to treat people like family to ease of them to ask something different or if they Just want to hang out and chat while we complete a task
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing lawn care since I was 12 mowing for neighbors and in 2005 I worked for a full landscaping company for 5 years

Prices are not based from anything special , we strive for prices that are competitive but also keeps us in business , we understand that times can be tough and we try to help as much as possible.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for lawn care to me a well maintained lawn says a lot of a person, it all starts when someone pulls in the driveway because the lawn is the first thing they see
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several different types of customers and we strive to make each customer feel like they are family and can rely for us to get the job done and they can also trust us to get the job done with success
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
For me it'll would have to say just getting the ball rolling with this business it has been an awesome journey watching it go from just a single person asking for leaf removal to them asking for a monthly subscription to have me and my wife take care of the entire premise
as for my wife : she says it's hard to coin just one event as it's been a pleasure getting to start something with my husband and getting to see where the future will take us
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The first thing is commitment, a pro doesn't have to have the best of the best to keep people happy they have to have the want and the willingness to do the beat job and keep the customer satisfied
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should always ask if the company is able to do the job first and foremost
Customers should always ask the company to come out and look at what they are wanting done
and customers should always ask for references and to me I believe a portfolio is just important before after pictures this way a customer can see detail and commitment a company has
