My name is Jerry Lawson Jr. I have been working in the Structural and Architectural design world for over 30 years. I hold a degree in Education and in Architectural design. Together with my wife Kandi we buy, sell, and remodel homes to assist those who are looking for a great first-time home experience or even those who are looking for their forever home. And did I mention, Kandi is a licensed Realtor for Georgia and Tennessee with a 5-star Best of Zillow rating. With this in mind, if you have remodeling needs to get your house ready or you just bought your home and need changes made to your new home in order to make it truly yours. We are a local family-owned business. Kandi and I have flipped homes for the past 29 years on the side as I worked in the corporate world. Until one day we realized life was not all about working for someone else. It’s about GOD and Family. With that thought, I quit my job as Director of Engineering of a large company and started doing my own home designs and remodeling. We both enjoy working together helping people understand the home buying process and helping them get their homes put together without going bankrupt. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- First, we will determine what you are looking for, home sell, purchase, or remodel etc.
- For purchase, we setup a short meeting to go over everything you need to start the process including a brochure that will backup what we talk about that you can review later on at home. This assist you in every step of the way with what you need to do and why. No other Realtor in the market does this for their client today. Kandi is excellent
- For Home designs, we will also meet to determine what your needs are and go over size of your lot and requested home size. Homework for the soon to be owners will be handed out for our next visit as to what you will need in a list form for your “must-haves”. This is my area. We will move from that point forward.
- For Home remodeling, we will meet at the location to go over the customer’s desires, changes and or request. From that point we will go over what we can and cannot do.
