What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step to each customer issue would be questions or problems on the system. Next step would be picking up the system or working in home. Most problems or issues can be finished same day as the appointment. You can also find my experience on tiktok under @circuitboredd.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building/repairing computers since 2008 and have been in the tech space since 2000. Over 10 years of experience and a current social media presence for pc building. You can also find my experience on tiktok under @circuitboredd.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing is $40 an hour with fees depending on parts. In home service will have an assessment/visit fee and parts are usually in hand for most issues!
How did you get started in this business?
I have been working closely with computers since I was a child thanks to my amazing father. I have been using computers avidly since I was 5 years old. Now this is a love and hobby that pays too!

I have worked with companies, individuals, and have built over 100 custom systems just in 2020.
