Merry Maids of Tipton Co. is locally owned and operated and we strive to give each client a result they will rave about! We are very passionate about our service and the quality we provide.
Merry Maids has been in Tipton county for 4 years. The owner has been with Merry Maids for 19 years. She started off as a cleaner and has worked in every postion with in the company prior to buying her own franchise.
Merry Maids is the "Women's Choice Award" winner for best cleaning services 6 consecutive years. Here in Tipton Co. we won the "Best of Tipton" award for best home cleaning service!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a time to meet with each client at their home to get a better understanding of their home and cleaning needs. At this time we can provide a customized prices for the services they are looking for. It typically takes 15 -20 minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our employees go through a minimum of 2 weeks of Merry Maids specialized training. This teaches our staff the proper way to use our cleaning products and equipment.

Our prices are based on the size, condition as well as frequency.
How did you get started in this business?
Christina started with Merry Maids in WI in 2000. As she progressed through her career with Merry Maids and the corporate office transferred her to TN., she worked in Memphis for a number of years operating the corporate owned branch. In 2015 Christina and her husband John started a franchise from scratch. Today in 2019 we have 13 employees that work out in the field and a office staff of 2 that help give each customer the best experience possible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Here at Merry Maids all of our employees go through criminal background checks, drug testing and motor vehicle record checks. All staff is bonded and insured. If you are shopping for just a price, your best option is someone who "cleans" as an independent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you bonded? Are you insured? What is the policy if there is something not done to my standards? Do you supply the supplies and equipment?
