Hi, my name is Louis and I'm the owner of LBC Services LLC. I've been in the construction trade for over 30 years. I started in commercial and residential hvac construction. I've had a lot of training in residential and light commercial construction services. I've started my own company in 2008. We are a full service Home Improvement, Home Remodeling and Home Construction Company. We also offer interior and architectural floor planning. Our services also includes, kitchen & Bathroom upgrades, home remodeling, carpentry, electrical, heating & air conditioning, flooring, drywall, painting, wood & vinyl siding, concrete etc. Our services is gear towards to what the homeowner's ideas and we in return try to find best way possible to make this possible. We are also very competitive pricing in which we will beat any pricing by 30%.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally allow my customers to purchase their equipment as far as heating and air conditioning. This saves my customers money by us not doing a 10% mark up of the price of the equipment. Sometimes we do require a down payment as far as home remodeling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in HVAC in 1992. I am EPA CERTIFIED as well. I've also started renovating homes in 2012. My business started in Atlanta, GA in 2008. I've moved my business to Charleston in 2014. I began installing wood flooring, and began renovating homes throughout the Charleston area in 2015. We now pour concrete, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, flooring, ceramic tile installations, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, painting, room and room additions. So now my company builds homes from the ground up. We currently serve the entire Charleston Area, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties. We also have references upon request, we also have a portfolio of our work.
