What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns. I also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of the cleaning process, also the type of chemicals they prefer. I present a quote to the client and upon approval I then start the cleaning process.
