Dan and Chris did an outstanding job installing the hardwood floors and stairs in our home. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and they were very reliable and professional. We were most appreciative of their patience and honesty throughout the process. On the first day of the installation, Dan made us aware that the hardwood that we had ordered had an unusually high percentage of planks that had been milled improperly. He chose to bring this to our attention because he wanted to do what was right for his customers rather than installing it anyway even though it meant that our project and his pay would be delayed. When we finally managed to find a replacement product, Dan picked up some of the boxes that came too late for the initial delivery and saved us time and effort. Additionally, he and Chris sanded and stained the stair treads and reducers to match the new floors beautifully and further minimized the cost of the project for us. I highly recommend Eastern Flooring.
