I am your neighborhood computer technician. I live in your community. I work from my home but I am a few minutes away should you need me onsite. I utilize remote control technology to connect to your computer via internet. Your assistance will set up the software which allows me to remotely connect to your equipment and solve problems. No more hauling your computer to the repair shop. If you are experiencing a problem which cannot be repaired remotely, I will schedule an appointment to visit your location (or you can bring your computer to me.) I am A+ certified in software and hardware, and I work on any brand of hardware. I began this business to provide specialized, affordable assistance to people who are often overlooked by the IT community. I offer recommendations for new and used hardware, and I will help you shop for the best prices when you need to upgrade your computers. I have clients all across the upstate of SC, in addition to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Sometimes repairs take a little longer at my shop. That's because I never rush a repair job, or send out a computer which is not thoroughly examined and tested to perform as it should. Customer satisfaction is very important at TechCall. My goal is to treat every client with respect and with service which is based on the Golden Rule.
