In addition to year round maintence we strive to create the most enjoyable outdoor living space by caring for our customers' lawns through specialized spray programs. Each program is tailored to a client's individual needs including fertalization, weed control, pre-emergent, shrub fertalization, fungicide, insectiside, ant control, mosquito spraying, and moles treatment.
The most satisfying part of our job is knowing our customers have an outstanding looking yard that they can enjoy year round with family and friends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time convient for the customer to come out and discuss their individual needs. After establishing what the customer needs they are added to our routine schedule for regular maintenace and/or spraying needed to keep their outdoor space looking exceptional.
How did you get started in this business?
Paul Romanstine started Midlands Landscape in 1994 with one crew. Through God's blessing it has since grown to include 6 maintence crews, 3 landscape crews, and Midlands Green (spraying programs).
What types of customers have you worked with?
Midlands Landscape proudly serves homeowners, restaurants, medical practices, churches, car dealerships, hotels, new construction sites and a wide variety of other commerical properties.
