Excellent customer service. Our repairman, Mike was very knowledgeable and professional, sadly, the washing machine I had him out to repair was going to be too costly and he let me know that instead of selling me a temporary fix. He has since repaired our dryer and fridge.
Its a good feeling to know we have a trusty Team who we can count on to not only fix my home appliances but, maybe more importantly, to know Im not going to get ripped off.
