    Marina and Emily were extremely thorough and did an excellent job. Even the Chinese food delivery lady commented on how shiny the kitchen floor was. She has never said anything in the past like that. Usually just delivered and left. Marina cleaned out the fireplace as well. Was it ot expecting that and even told her she didn't need to do it but it was dirty so she did. Excellent job. Made my house look brand new. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely continue to use her service!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first cleaning is a deep cleaning.  I can include in my work cleaning inside the refrigerator, ovens and inside cabinets.  I can organize and do the laudry service.  Everything will depend on the customer's need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated in Business Administration.

Yes. I calculate the number of rooms, the size of the house, if there are pets and the frequency of cleaning.

How did you get started in this business?

I’m mother of two children and I know how difficult it is to reconcile work outside and home. So I decided to transform my skills and passion for the organization into work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work for people who prioritize time at home together with their family.  People who like to feel good inside their homes.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I get some messages from clients who thank me for my work and tell me how much they feel good when they get home after a long day at work.  It makes me very happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for people with experience and credibility.  Your home deserves the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Customers should think about their real need and always talk about everything they want and what they do not want done in their homes.
