What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what they want to do and what color they want to paint. Then I paint a small section to see if they like it. I also cal before I come every day just not show up. We are very curtious to our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I explain every stage of there project. So They know exactly why I am doing it and how long each stage takes.
