I am amazed at how hard this crew worked today! Geoff arrived on time with a 30 minute courtesy call. He arrived with his brother Collin and Adam. Not only did they work non stop from 9:30- 5:30 in my attic in the summer heat, but they were all professional, courteous and polite ALL day long! Everything was explained clearly to me and they even saved me money on a storage area they were scheduled to build... they found a way to make it very easy for me to do myself while still maintaining full insulation. My home is older with crawl spaces and odd additions. It was a tough work environment which also included a field stone foundation almost 100 years old. Geoff and his crew were thorough, did a quality job and did a great job cleaning up! Plus, I am saving 30% on my heating bill! It is difficult to find individuals with good work ethic these days... they all deserve 10 stars! Thank you Baylies!!!

We just had Baylies come in to insulate our attic and doors via MassSave. They were thorough, explained everything fully, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up after themselves well, and were careful to wear masks the whole time and work around us while minimizing contact due to COVID-19. We will be asking for you to come back when its time for any future audit or insulation work!

Baylies insulation came to our home in plainville to do a full insulation service. They called me upon arrival and came in to do the initial assessment. The entire crew wore masks and I felt safe while they were here (if reading in the future we are mid covid-19 pandemic). I run a business from home so its hard for me to have contractors in and out so they stayed late to finish a two day job in one day. And the best part, they work with national grid and were able to get us enrolled in the incentive program so the full house was done at zero cost to us!

I cant say enough about how great it was working with Baylies! Due to delays in by another contractor in my renovation project, we were stuck in a position where we had flooring contractors coming in the next day to start on the floors, and temperatures had dropped to below freezing. The new heating system was working overtime costing me a fortune and it wouldnt be warm enough for the new poly to dry/cure properly. I called around and found Baylies to be very professional and courteous on the phone, in fact by surprise, after I explained my problem, they offered to send a crew over and do the job the same day... AND on top of it, they did the job at a fraction of the price that I was quoted by my original contractor. The crew they sent over were extremely courteous and friendly, and the owner of the company came twice to check to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and inspected the work. When do you ever call a contractor and hear them say We can have a crew there in 5 minutes, we are just down the street from you. AMAZING!!!!

The guys came in full force, and have gone above and beyond in not just explaining what was needed.

But also taking to the time to show me what was done and even showed me pictures of before and after.

I would definitely recommend them to do any job in your home, and they are really professional in everything they do.

I want to commend you. I do the same thing when I have a problem with a patient in regard to my business.

I go above and beyond and stop at nothing to make it right. I literally dont care who I have to run over in order to make anything wrong, be corrected.
