Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will initiate contact with me. We discuss the details of their project to find out if we're a fit for them, and usually, we set up an appointment for us to see the project for a free ballpark estimate.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with young couples and couples with more life experience. MUCH more life experience! We've also worked with private homeowners, landlords, and other contractors. Our customer base is wide and full of variety.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't take the cheapest price. You may end up calling someone else to come fix the job, and your project will be prolonged.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about referrals, experience, license, and definitely get a proof of insurance before work begins, and do some research. Google, handyman, and fine homebuilding are some good reliable resources to get a base knowledge to form questions. It's your home and your investment. Take the time and get it right.
