What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with the pandemic gloves and masks are used for all house and offices. we do contracts so everyone knows what each other wants all that is listed is what the customer wants and what we will provide and then we sign. fee agreements. we do ask if you have pets you provide your own vacuum so we don't transfer fur to people who are allergic.
