Upon hire each employee receives one on one training for three weeks on chemical and equipment use. Criminal Backgrouds and Drug Tests Are Done! Our microfiber cloths and sponges are color coded so there is NO cross contamination. We will not use the same cloth and sponge used in your bathroom to clean your kitchen counters! Our employees are accountable to perform in a professional, ethical, respectful manner while fostering good communication with team members and clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is to schedule a day and time for the estimate.
Day Of Estimate: We give you a folder familiarizing you with our company. A reference page is also included in the folder.
We walk-thru the residence or office to establish what the client would like to have cleaned.
There are variables taken in to consideration when estimating some are as follows: Size, Pets, Children, Knickknacks, Hard water stains in toilets, shower tub units and around fixtures. Has the home or office been maintained, and if so what level of cleaning was performed.
After all information has been collected an engagement letter wil be emailed to the client.
