What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself. Take extra time explaining my game plan leading up to job and when it starts. Get proper paperwork and contracts ready . Let them know my estimate is only that till we sign paper work and right or opt out paperwork
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working in construction. Deck building and roofing. New construction . Then repairing wielding, painting oil storage tanks. Large scale jobs working with a lot of people on large industrial type jobs
