What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a meeting with the customer at the place where they would want the work done. Take photos and measurements if they are having hardscapes, deck, patio and etc. done. If it is lawn maintenance or so forth, one of our staff would come to your place to see what you want done than we would give you an estimate on the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experience in this business for many years. Tom, has been working in landscapes since he was 16 years old.
