Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take there call or respond to them. Set up a date and time to come look at the work that needs done at no charge. If hired then do the work, and don’t leave until the customer is satisfied. Do everything I can to maintain a good business relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my ged and a few semesters of business at CCAC. I’ve been working for other landscaping companies since I was 16 so 19 years off and on doing landscaping. I’ve also done home remodeling, and waterproofing but mostly landscaping.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have to see the property and ask questions like how often you want your grass cut, what length would you like it to be, and do you want it bagged and left with you or do you want me to get rid of it for you. Also flat and hills effect the price. Only thing I can tell you without looking at your property first is I will be fair to you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The first day I become a business owner
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not every landscaping company does good work and business so be careful when your making decisions. This is why we’re offering to come cut your grass one time for free no stipulations so we can show you how we operate.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get more then one estimate. Ask to see pictures of work they have done already. Meet all the people working for them and see if they seem trustworthy
