We offer all household services that will make your house the home your looking for... If there something you need help with for your home we're your people.... I've been cleaning for the past 9 years, I've worked in residential, commercial businesses, hospital and restaurant settings.
The people I meet are the best part... Especially the pets and kids... I love when I go to clean a client's home and their child or pet is interested that's their home and the fact they let me in without issue makes my day cause pets and kids are hard judges to impress....

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I notice that a customer books that is a new customer I try to reach out and double confirm the date time and address.. when I get there i have the client do a walk-through or if not available provide a list of the more important things you want done first to the less important things if there's time... I also use those opportunities to ask specific questions I have...i.e. Bath rugs, send to be washed or vacuumed? And any other preferences the customer may have or any questions I may have....
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Only for our cleaning services do we have a standard pricing system.... Basic cleans are $20 hour with a 3 hour minimum : dust all surfaces, make beds, bathroom: does not include walls or windows, kitchen: wipe ENTIRE countertop, outside of appliances, outside of cabinets, sink, floors, dusting, table, all floors (vacuumed or sweep and mop)
Deep cleans involving appliances are $25 per hr with a 3 hour minimum.
We also offer move in/move out cleans... General move in/move out cleans are $15 hour with a 3 hour minimum, and deep clean move in/move out cleans are $20 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
If you would like interior windows done it's an extra $3 per room for windows... i.e. if you have two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and one bath and you want all your windows done it would be an extra $15 for the windows.
