What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, I speak to the guest about the size of the home/ business, I ask about the needs & a description of the place. I then talk over pricing to see what works for them & if they agree with everything I require a small deposit that goes towards the total price of their booking to schedule their appointment.
When meeting new guests in person I do a walk through of the place and and for any specifics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in hotels throughout my life doing housekeeping, I've also worked for 2 cleaning company's as a house cleaner. I then decided to open my own cleaning business which I've been running since 2019.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $75 for up to 2 hours cleaning. $30 and hour for anything beyond 2 hours.
How did you get started in this business?
I started from working for someone's else's cleaning business, putting my all into someone else's business made me want to put my all into myself and that was a great decision.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers of all type. Young, old, Hockey players, business owners, you name it!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be specific on your needs. Be mindful. Remember if you're going to be home during the cleaning that we do need our time to clean! We do not mind talking and creating a bond, so don't be afraid to ask questions!
